Warranty

We offer 12-month warranty for any order made sitewide with refunds or replacements.

Coverage

  • Wrong Item Sent: If the wrong product, color, or size was sent.
  • Faulty Product: If the product has a quality issue, such as being broken on arrival or during use due to a manufacturing defect, showing signs of use on arrival (e.g., discoloration, rust, scratches).
  • Serious Wear and Tear: Any significant wear that affects the appearance or functionality of the item, such as discoloration, rust, or scratches.*

*Please note: Over time, normal wear such as minor scratches or slight discoloration is expected and is not covered under the warranty. We reserve the final right to determine the severity of damage and whether it qualifies for warranty coverage.

Non-Coverage

Unfortunately, the warranty does not cover issues caused by customer error or accidental damage. Examples include:

  • Incorrect Order Details Provided: If the wrong address/color/size was entered at checkout, we are not responsible for the returns & refunds. Please email us at support@missairluxury.com as soon as possible, and we will update the information if the product has not yet been shipped.
  • Accidental Damage: Any damage caused by dropping, bumping, or other accidental handling.
  • Lost Items: We are not responsible for items lost after you receive the product. (If your order is lost in delivery, please contact us for replacement or refund).

How to Claim Warranty:

If the issue occurs within the 12-month warranty period and falls under the warranty coverage, please feel free to contact us to make a claim.

  1. Take a photo of the issue. 
  2. Email us at support@missairluxury.com and include content below:
    1. Your Order Number. If multiple items are in the order, specify which product is affected.
    2. A detailed description of the problem.
    3. Photo(s) of the issue.

Our support team will respond within 1-3 business day with returns for refund/replacement instructions.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be processed.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
